At June Studio, we believe that yoga is SO much more than just the poses. 

 

Classes with June Studio are designed not only to get your body moving but connect you to yourself. Giving you time to find awareness in your body that wasn't there before. 

 

 At June we believe that regular yoga sessions build a sense of calm and control over your body, your mind and breath like nothing else. 

 

Based in the beautiful Arrowtown, we run weekly yoga classes at a variety of locations across Arrowtown + Queenstown area. All our classes are mixed levels allowing you to feel safe and supported even if you've never been on the mat before.

About The Founder

Daisy, the heart and soul of June Studio, is a passionate yoga instructor with almost ten years of teaching experience. Her friendly demeanor and patient guidance create an inviting atmosphere where everyone can explore yoga's numerous benefits. Come share in the joy of yoga with Daisy and our vibrant community.

ASANA

Intentionally selected and sequenced Asana (physical poses) to allow the body and mind to gently transition from one state to another

PRANAYAMA

Consciously chosen pranayama (breathwork) is used at the end of practice but also is woven throughout each class. Allowing you to access more subtle elements of practice.

MEDITATION

Each practice culminates in meditation. The sequencing of each practice and use of pranayama are designed to allow you to arrive in meditation with a ready mind and stable body.
