For the practitioner who feels there is more.

You have been practising yoga for a while. You know the poses. You know the breath. And yet, something in you knows that what you have been doing is still mostly surface-level.
This weekend is where you start inhabiting your practice rather than performing it. By trusting that the body already holds the intelligence you have been seeking.
Window Inwards is where that journey begins. Over three days in Queenstown, using the pancha vayus as our living map, we descend into the body and find out what is actually there.

What is Window Inwards?
Window Inwards is not a yoga workshop. It is an immersive encounter with Tantric Hatha philosophy and the Pancha Vayu system.

Each day follows one or two vayus: a deep dive into the philosophy, followed by practice, breathwork, and meditation designed around that vayu's specific qualities.
Each morning opens with coffee and conversation. Space is held for journaling and genuine reflection throughout.
Day three closes with a delicious, shared late lunch at Sherwood. A proper ending to three days of journey inwards.
The balance is intentional. Around 70% of each day is embodied, in practice, in breath, in sensation. The other 30% is philosophy and learning. Short and direct, designed to make the practice land more deeply.
This is not a talking weekend. It is a feeling one.
